The beauty of the Now What? Coaching Program is that the results are tangible. You'll identify a new life direction, and you'll create a grounded and practical plan of action to take you from here to there. Depending on your particular situation, your plan may take a matter of months to implement, or a year, or even more. However, because the plan reflects your desires and the choices you've made, it will be a practical and exciting plan for you.

Then What?

After completing the Now What? Coaching Program, many individuals feel excited and ready to move forward on their own to implement their action plan. Others find the support and accountability of the coaching relationship to be so useful, they wish to maintain either ongoing or intermittent coaching support during the implementation phase. This is something we'll discuss as your process closes.
